• U.S. holidays and other carrier service interruptions may result in additional delivery time.

Furniture dimensions should be carefully checked before purchase.

Please confirm that the product will fit through your:

• Entryways

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected furniture is suitable for their space and can be delivered to the intended location.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment and warehouse operations, customer-initiated returns are generally not accepted.

We generally do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect measurements
• Personal preference
• Color or style preference
• Products that no longer meet your needs
• Products that do not fit your intended space
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your:

• Photos of the shipping package
• Photos of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue
• Video evidence where appropriate

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

• Place furniture on a stable, level surface.
• Avoid dragging furniture across floors. Lift and move it carefully when possible.
• Do not exceed the product's recommended weight capacity.
• Avoid placing heavy objects unevenly on shelves, drawers, or other surfaces.
• Periodically check screws, bolts, fittings, and other hardware and tighten them when necessary.

Cleaning

For routine cleaning:

• Use a soft, clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Wipe spills promptly.
• Use mild cleaning solutions when appropriate for the specific material.
• Always test cleaning products on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Avoid:

• Abrasive cleaners
• Steel wool or rough scrubbing materials
• Strong solvents
• Bleach or harsh chemicals unless specifically recommended
• Excessive water or prolonged moisture exposure

Wood & Wood-Based Surfaces

Natural wood and wood-based materials may have variations in grain, color, texture, and appearance. These characteristics are part of the material and should not necessarily be considered defects.

• Hot objects placed directly on the surface
